Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Noble Cheats (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit noblecheats.net, how we use it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. It covers this website, our checkout, and the customer panel. It does not cover the rules of using our products — those are in our Terms of Service.

Noble Cheats is operated by Noble Software LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States, which is the data controller for the information described below.

INFORMATION YOU GIVE US

Email address. Required to check out, to receive your license key or order confirmation, and to sign in to the customer panel. Signing in is passwordless: you enter your email and we send a one-time verification code.

Coupon and referral codes. If you enter a discount code or arrive through an affiliate link, we record which code was used so the discount applies and the correct affiliate is credited.

Affiliate details. If you join our affiliate programme, we store your chosen referral link, your commission balance, and your payout history.

Support messages. If you contact us by email or through our Discord server, we keep the correspondence so we can resolve your issue and refer back to it if you contact us again.

We do not ask for your real name, home address, or date of birth, and we never receive or store your full card number.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When you browse the site, our own access log records the page you viewed, the timestamp, the referring website that sent you to us (once per browsing session), and your IP address and browser user agent as supplied by your browser. We use this for traffic analysis, fraud and abuse prevention, and diagnosing errors.

If you reach us through a campaign link, we capture the associated utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term parameters plus the page you landed on, so we can tell which campaigns work. When you begin checkout, these attribution values are sent to us together with your email address and the contents of your cart.

We also use Google Analytics 4, which sets its own cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, and referral source. Data is processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy.

COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

We keep our use of browser storage deliberately small. The items we set are:

• Campaign attribution — the UTM values and landing page described above, held in local storage and automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Referrer — the site you arrived from, held in session storage and cleared when you close the tab.
• Interface state — small flags recording, for example, that you have already been shown a promotion or dismissed a notice, so we do not repeat it. These contain no personal data.
• Session cookie — set after you sign in to the customer panel to keep you signed in. Strictly necessary; the panel cannot work without it.
• Analytics and security cookies — set by Google Analytics and by Cloudflare Turnstile, the CAPTCHA that protects our sign-in form from automated abuse.

You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary items will prevent sign-in and checkout from working; blocking the rest only affects analytics and discount attribution.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed by our checkout provider, Komerza, and by the payment methods it supports — card networks, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paysafecard and cryptocurrency processors. Card numbers, wallet credentials and PINs are entered on the provider's systems and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

From these providers we receive only what we need to fulfil and support your order: your email address, the products and quantities purchased, the amount, the currency, the payment method type, and the transaction status. Where a payment provider acts as merchant of record, it is an independent controller of the data you give it and its own privacy policy applies to that data.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use the information above to deliver your purchase and issue your license key; to provide the customer panel and show you your orders; to answer support requests and process refunds; to operate the affiliate programme and pay commissions; to detect and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, and account sharing that breaches our Terms; to measure which pages and campaigns perform; and to comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

Our lawful bases, where the GDPR applies, are performance of a contract (delivering and supporting your order), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and understanding how the site is used), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records). We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH

We share personal data only with service providers acting on our behalf or as independent controllers for their own service: Komerza and the connected payment processors, for taking payment; Google, for analytics; Cloudflare, for CAPTCHA and network protection; and our email and hosting providers, for delivering keys and running the site. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims. If our business is transferred, your data may transfer with it, subject to this policy.

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where data is transferred out of the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Order and licensing records are kept for as long as your license is active and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep financial records. Campaign attribution data expires after 30 days. Access logs and analytics data are kept in aggregated or short-retention form and are not used to build a long-term profile of you. Support correspondence is kept while it remains useful for supporting you. Records connected to fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations may be kept longer where we need them to protect our business.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data deleted, to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data — which, as noted above, we do not do. Exercising any of these rights will never result in worse service or pricing.

To make a request, email [email protected] from the address associated with your orders. We will respond within 30 days. Note that we may be unable to delete records we are legally obliged to retain, such as completed transaction records. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

SECURITY

The site is served over HTTPS, sign-in is passwordless and CAPTCHA-protected, and access to customer records is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to us; you are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since it is what grants access to your license keys and customer panel.

CHILDREN

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
